Drove up from Glasgow to buy an immaculate Focus ST estate from Dan at crown and couldn’t be happier. Whole process from start to finish was simple. When I turned up the car was exactly as described, maybe even better. In particular it’s lovely to see a car that’s been valeted with some skill and care.

I would just like to thank everyone at Crown Motors for their 1st class and friendly service. The owners, mechanics and salespeople. I had a couple of very minor issues with the Nissan Navara we bought 2nd hand. Everything sorted under warranty with no issues. After sales service, the best garage we have dealt with. I luckily happened upon Crown Motors a few miles after a crack appeared in my tyre whilst travelling from Peterhead to Banff for a function. The staff at Crown Motors were hugely helpful, offering up several solutions until finding the right tyre for my car. They changed my tyre super quickly and gave refreshments to my 3 passengers and I while we waited! Very friendly super helpful guys and I am hugely grateful for them getting us back on the road!☺️

Cars of the type and price range my 18 year old was looking for as his first, seem very hard to come by at the moment. After visiting and viewing more than I care to remember on the Saturday and being a little underwhelmed with the quality and preparation of what we saw I rechecked several websites and found exactly what we were looking for which had gone live on Crown Motors website the night before. Good detail in listing, excellent photos and the ability to book a viewing for it through the online webchat meant we were able to view it on Sunday.Dan met us on arrival, gave us the keys and a bit of history of the cars previous local ownership and left us to give the car a good look over and quick test drive.On coming back Dan asked how we had got on, agreed a couple of queries would be rectified before collection, offered exactly the discount I was going to ask for and a warranty longer than I had anticipated.Deposit paid there and then, balance transferred on the Wednesday and the car collected on the Saturday with a service, full MOT, washed and ready for the L plates and a drive back to Macduff.Will certainly be looking here first when the next son turns 17 in November.

I would just like to say that the team at Crown are true professionals in everything they do and especially Gavin who i dealt with from telephone to collecting the vehicle(which was exactly as he said it was and more besides) and then speaking with Gavin on the day, i found out he was the owner and he is very very thorough and treats his vehicle as though he was buying it himself(5 stars!!)
