Over the last fifteen years, the Crudie family firm has achieved outstanding success and has earned a superb reputation throughout the north east of Scotland.

With more than 30 years experience between them, brothers Albert and Ivor place customer service as the highest priority, and this has proved to be the main reason for their continued success. The business started in 1989 when albert returned from working offshore to Hillside, Crudie. He started on his own, selling 4x4s and specialised in car transporting, before purchasing the Ford franchise in Banff. Ivor was already selling cars for Ford in 1988 and had been promoted to sales manager. The two then joined together and established Crown Motors (A & I) Ltd in 1991.

Beginning as a Ford agency gave the duo a terrific start with the distinguished trade name, achieving a coveted award. Their success also won them a trip to Barbados, courtesy of Ford, for their outstanding sales and customer service. As sales progressed it became obvious that the customer base wanted more out of motoring, so the company decided to provide a much wider choice and with a stock in excess of 150 vehicles is now able to supply virtually any make and model.

Full workshop facilities are available on site. Servicing and repairs are carried out by their dedicated team maintaining S.M.T.A. high standards.
